MEP Resolved in the Model, Installed Once

MEP drives most field conflicts and a large share of construction cost. We coordinate HVAC, power, plumbing and fire protection as one system, so trades fit once.

Where margin leaks

Trade Conflicts Cost Your Margin

Every MEP clash found on site means rework, RFIs, idle trades and lost days, paid from your margin.

  • Trades Fighting for Space

    Where margin leaks
Ducts, pipes, conduit and sprinklers routed apart collide in ceilings, shafts and risers.
    What we fix
Every system routed together in one coordinated model, checked before release.
  • Shop Drawings Rejected

    Where margin leaks
Uncoordinated trade drawings are rejected at review. Installs wait and crews stand idle.
    What we fix
Shop drawings produced from the coordinated model, so they agree with every trade.
  • Field Fabrication

    Where margin leaks
Pipe and duct cut to fit on site wastes labor and material on every floor installed.
    What we fix
Spool drawings that let you prefabricate pipework with confidence.
  • Access Missed

    Where margin leaks
Equipment that fits but cannot be serviced fails handover and has to be relocated.
    What we fix
Access and maintenance clearances checked for every piece of equipment.

What clients ask first

MEP Services: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which MEP services do you provide?

MEP coordination, mechanical, electrical and plumbing BIM, and shop drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection, plus plumbing spool drawings for prefabrication.

Which codes do you follow?

The IMC, IPC, NEC and NFPA for US projects, and AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3500 and AS 2118 for Australian projects, alongside your project specifications.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
