Where margin leaks

Rejected Shop Drawings Cost Your Margin

Shop drawings sit on the critical path. Every resubmittal holds up fabrication and the schedule.

  • Resubmittal Cycles

    Where margin leaks
Drawings missing data bounce back from review while the schedule keeps slipping.
    What we fix
Complete submittals checked against design and specs, approved first time.
  • Trades Out of Step

    Where margin leaks
Shop drawings made in isolation clash with other trades once installation begins on site.
    What we fix
Shop drawings from models coordinated with every trade, clashes cleared first.
  • Site Dimensions Ignored

    Where margin leaks
Components fabricated to drawings that miss the building are scrapped or reworked.
    What we fix
Site measurements and as-built conditions in every drawing, so parts fit first time.
  • Fabrication Delays

    Where margin leaks
Shops wait on drawings, and installs wait on the shop, so every single delay compounds.
    What we fix
Drawings released in the order your shop and site need, tracked against your schedule.

What clients ask first

Shop Drawings: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which shop drawings do you produce?

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing shop drawings, fire protection shop drawings, facade and ACP panel shop drawings, millwork shop drawings and sheet metal shop drawings.

How do you reduce resubmittals?

Every submittal is checked against the contract drawings, specifications and other trades before it goes out, and review comments are tracked to closure, so the same issue never comes back twice.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
