Clash detection services
Solve Every Clash Before It Costs Your Margin
Every clash missed in the model becomes rework on site. We run clash detection across trades and track each issue to closure, so schedules hold.

Where margin leaks
Field Clashes Cost Your Margin
Every clash missed in the model is found by a crew on site, and paid for in rework, RFIs and margin.
Late Trade Clashes
- Where margin leaks
- Ducts, pipes, trays and structure collide on site, forcing rework, RFIs and change orders.
- What we fix
- Federated models checked across every trade, with clashes resolved before construction.
Clash Report Overload
- Where margin leaks
- Thousands of raw clashes bury the few that matter, so real issues still reach the field.
- What we fix
- Clashes grouped, prioritized and assigned, so teams fix what matters first.
Missing Clearances
- Where margin leaks
- Equipment that fits but cannot be installed or serviced fails inspection and handover.
- What we fix
- Access, clearance and maintenance zones checked as soft clashes, so handover passes.
Slow Issue Resolution
- Where margin leaks
- Issues passed around by email stall coordination and push back trade start dates.
- What we fix
- Clear issue reports with views, owners and deadlines, tracked to closure.

What we deliver
Clash Reports Your
Teams Can Act On
Federated Model Reviews
Architecture, structure and MEP combined and checked as one building.
Hard and Soft Clash Checks
Physical collisions, clearances and access zones tested trade by trade.
Prioritized Clash Reports
Grouped, ranked issues with views and locations, not raw clash lists.
Issue Tracking to Closure
Every issue assigned an owner and a deadline, and tracked until resolved.

How it works
From Federated Model to Site
Clashes are found, prioritized and closed before crews mobilize.
- 01
Share Documents
Send drawings, models and specs. We confirm scope, deliverables and dates in writing.
- 02
Run Clash Detection
Every trade is federated and checked zone by zone, with clashes assigned to an owner.
- 03
Resolve and Verify
Issues tracked to closure to NBIMS-US, NEC and AS ISO 19650, with a clear audit trail.
- 04
Construction Support
Re-runs and updates as designs change, so the federated model always stays current.

What clients ask first
Clash Detection: Common Questions
Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.
What does your clash detection include?
Combined architectural, structural and MEP models checked for hard clashes and clearance problems, with prioritized reports, issue tracking and resolution cycles until sign-off.
Which standards do you follow, and who is responsible for the design?
NBIMS-US and NEC clearances for US projects; AS ISO 19650 and AS/NZS 3000 for Australian projects. Design responsibility stays with each discipline's designer of record. Bimgraphix does not stamp or certify models; we answer for every clash being found, reported and tracked to closure.
How do you make sure critical clashes are fixed first?
Reports are ranked by cost and schedule impact, assigned to the right trade, and tracked to closure in every cycle, so critical issues reach your team first.
Can you keep pace with a large, fast-moving program?
Yes. The team is sized to your program and work is released in regular cycles by zone, so nothing waits for the full set. Fees are priced per cycle or per program and fixed in the proposal with the schedule and revision rounds. You can start with one coordination cycle to test the fit first.
Who owns the work, and how is our data handled?
You do. All models and reports we create for you are your property. We sign your NDA before receiving files, exchange them through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and limit access to your project team.
