One Coordinated Model. Every Trade Builds Once.

Every clash missed in the model becomes rework on site. We model architecture, structure and MEP together and resolve conflicts first, so trades build once.

Where margin leaks

Uncoordinated Models Cost Your Margin

Most field rework starts as a coordination gap missed in design. Every late clash costs days.

  • Clashes Found on Site

    Where margin leaks
Clashes between structure and services surface at installation, when every fix costs the most.
    What we fix
Every discipline federated and clash-checked zone by zone before drawings are issued.
  • Models That Stop at Design

    Where margin leaks
Models are handed over and left behind, so site changes never make it back.
    What we fix
Models kept live through construction, with RFIs and changes reflected in days.
  • Inconsistent Standards

    Where margin leaks
Every consultant models differently, and the federated model cannot be trusted.
    What we fix
Your templates, LOD and BIM execution plan applied to every model we touch.
  • Quantities You Cannot Trust

    Where margin leaks
Estimates built from incomplete models put your bids, budgets and project margins at risk.
    What we fix
Quantities taken directly from coordinated models, traceable to every element.

What clients ask first

BIM Services: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which BIM services do you provide?

Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing BIM, clash detection, scan to BIM, quantity take-off and Revit family creation, delivered by one team in one coordinated model.

Which LOD and standards do you work to?

LOD 100 to 500 to suit the stage, following your BIM execution plan and templates, ISO 19650 workflows where required, and the codes your project is designed to, including the IBC and AISC in the US, and the NCC and Australian Standards in Australia.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
