Product design modeling

Get Every Product Design Right Before Production

Skipping 3D validation risks redesign and late tooling. We build production-ready models and check every part before release, so designs reach production.

Where margin leaks

Product Redesign Costs Your Margin

Most product cost is locked in at design. A flaw found after tooling comes straight out of margin.

  • Late Design Changes

    Where margin leaks
Changes after engineering release ripple through tooling, suppliers and schedules.
    What we fix
Designs resolved and checked in 3D before engineering release, so tooling is cut once.
  • Integration Failures

    Where margin leaks
Mechanical, electrical and housing parts designed apart fail to fit together.
    What we fix
Mechanical, electrical and housing components integrated in one model.
  • High Unit Costs

    Where margin leaks
Designs that ignore manufacturing add cost to every single unit you go on to produce.
    What we fix
Designs optimized for molding, machining and assembly from the start.
  • Missed Launch Windows

    Where margin leaks
Every redesign round pushes back launch while competitors reach the market first.
    What we fix
Fast, controlled iterations that keep your launch date and its revenue on schedule.

What clients ask first

Product Design Modeling: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
What does product design modeling include?

Product development in 3D from concept to production-ready design: surfaces, component integration and manufacturability, with drawings for tooling.

Which standards do you follow, and who is responsible for the design?

ASME Y14.5 for US clients and AS 1100 for Australian clients. Design responsibility stays with your engineering team, who approve the final models. Bimgraphix does not stamp or certify designs; we answer for the model matching your inputs, and any conflict is flagged for your decision, never guessed.

How do you make sure designs are ready for production?

Draft, wall thickness, assembly and tolerances are checked for your manufacturing method, then senior-reviewed before release.

How are fees and schedules set, and can you handle large programs?

Fees and delivery dates are fixed in a written proposal from your scope, priced per product or per phase, before any work starts. Large programs are released by phase, from concept to production, with the team sized to your schedule. Revision rounds are agreed up front, and anything outside scope is quoted before we do it.

How do you protect our drawings, models and data?

We sign your NDA before any files are shared. Your designs and models remain your property, exchanged through your preferred platform or a secure link, and access is limited to the team on your project.
