What does prototype CAD modeling include?

Precise 3D models of a product and its parts before anything is made, so fit, function and manufacturability are checked digitally.

Which standards do you follow, and who is responsible for the design?

ASME Y14.5 for US clients and AS 1100 for Australian clients. Design responsibility stays with your engineering team, who approve the final models. Bimgraphix does not stamp or certify designs; we answer for the model matching your inputs, and any conflict is flagged for your decision, never guessed.

How do you make sure prototypes work the first time?

Fit, function and interference are checked in the assembly, and every part is reviewed for the chosen prototyping method before release.

How fast can you deliver, and how is it priced?

We quote per part or per prototype and confirm the delivery schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. Work is released by part or assembly, so your team can start early. You can begin with one prototype and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?
