Five Steps From Hidden Leak to Recovered Margin

For a $1B firm, a 2% margin leak is $20M lost every year. Each step closes a point where that money escapes, and you see the savings in dollars.

  1. Step 01 · Uncover

    Find Where Your Operations Leak

Every engagement starts with your numbers, not our services. A senior engineer reviews how your programs run and where margin escapes.

    Within 1 business day

Sample Margin Assessment report showing yearly leakage in dollars, where it is lost and a recovery plan
    Sample report

    What happens

    • A short, confidential assessment of your firm, services and programs
    • Senior engineer review against 1,500+ projects
    • Coordination, detailing, change and tolerance risks identified

    What you get

    • A written Margin Assessment report
    • The leak in dollars, per year and per project
    • A walkthrough call with the engineer who wrote it

Margin protectedYou see the real cost before you commit to anything.

  2. Step 02 · Plan

Agree the Fix Before Work Starts

We turn the findings into a plan: what to fix first, who does it, to which standard and by when. Decisions are made once and recorded.

    Before work starts

    What happens

    • Priorities set by dollar impact, not by effort
    • Your software, templates and standards confirmed
    • Team, milestones and review points agreed

    What you get

    • A scope and delivery plan
    • A named lead and team
    • NDA and secure file transfer in place

Margin protectedAssumptions are settled early, so they do not become change orders later.

  3. Step 03 · Model

    Resolve It in the Model

Our BIM, CAD and steel detailing teams build and coordinate the model, so conflicts are found on screen, where they cost minutes, not on site.

    Throughout the program

    What happens

    • Architectural, structural and MEP models integrated
    • Clash detection and multi-discipline coordination
    • Steel detailing and connection design
    • Design changes carried through every discipline

    What you get

    • Coordinated models
    • Clash reports with every issue tracked to closure
    • Regular progress updates

Margin protectedRework is removed before anyone builds, fabricates or tools up.

  4. Step 04 · Check

Check Before It Leaves Our Team

Nothing is released on trust. Every model and drawing is reviewed against your standards and checked by a senior engineer before it reaches you.

    Before every release

    What happens

    • Discipline checks against your standards and U.S. practice
    • Senior engineer review before release
    • Issues logged, fixed and re-checked

    What you get

    • Production-ready drawings and models
    • A record of checks for every release

Margin protectedWhat reaches the shop floor or site fits the first time.

  5. Step 05 · Deliver

    Deliver, Measure, Repeat

We hand over on schedule, then measure the result against the numbers in your assessment. What works becomes the standard for your next program.

    At handover, and after

    What happens

    • Handover on your schedule, in your formats
    • Results compared with your Margin Assessment
    • Lessons built into the next program

    What you get

    • Final models, drawings and files
    • A results summary against your baseline
    • Ongoing support for revisions

Margin protectedSavings repeat on every program, not just the first.

How does an engagement with Bimgraphix start?

With a Margin Assessment. You answer a few short questions about your firm and programs, and a senior engineer sends a written report showing where your operations leak margin, in dollars. Nothing else is agreed until you have seen it.

How do you work with our in-house team?

As an extension of it. We work in your software and to your standards, with a named lead as your single point of contact, so our models and drawings drop straight into your workflow. Our production centres overlap 75% of your working hours, so questions are answered live.

How do you check quality before release?

Every model and drawing is checked against your standards and reviewed by a senior engineer before it reaches you. Issues are logged, fixed and re-checked, and each release has a record of its checks.

How do you keep our project data secure?

Every project runs under an NDA, with controlled file transfer and access limited to the assigned team. Details are on our Security & Privacy page.

How do you measure results?

Against the baseline in your Margin Assessment. At handover we compare outcomes with the original figures, and what worked becomes the standard for your next program.
