Structural construction drawings

Get Every Structural Sheet Right Before You Pour

An unclear rebar detail or clashing framing sheet halts a pour or erection crew. Our coordinated structural drawings are checked sheet by sheet before release.

Where margin leaks

Every Structural Error Costs Your Margin

Structure is built first and changed last. Every drawing error becomes a stopped pour or change order.

  • Missing Rebar Detail

    Where margin leaks
Unclear rebar and connection details stop crews before a pour while RFIs wait for answers.
    What we fix
Reinforcement, embeds and connections detailed clearly before the set is issued.
  • Conflicting Sheets

    Where margin leaks
Framing plans, sections and schedules disagree, and the wrong member gets built.
    What we fix
Every sheet generated from one model, so a change updates everywhere at once.
  • Missed Openings

    Where margin leaks
Slab and wall openings missing from the drawings mean core drilling and engineer reviews.
    What we fix
Openings and sleeves coordinated with architecture and MEP and shown on every sheet.
  • Fabrication Mismatches

    Where margin leaks
Steel and precast built from inconsistent drawings arrive wrong and stop erection.
    What we fix
Drawings that match the model, so fabricated steel and precast fit the first time.

What clients ask first

Structural Drawings: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
What do your structural construction drawings include?

Framing plans, foundation plans, sections, details and schedules contractors use to price, permit, fabricate and build a structure, produced from one model.

Which codes do you follow, and who is responsible for the design?

IBC, ACI 318 and AISC 360 for US projects; AS 3600 and AS 4100 for Australian projects. Design responsibility stays with your engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How do you make sure the set is right?

Sheets come from one coordinated model, every detail is checked against the engineering design, and the set is senior-reviewed before release.

Can you keep pace with a large, fast-moving program?

Yes. The team is sized to your program and work is released by level or package, so nothing waits for the full set. Fees are priced per sheet or per package and fixed in the proposal with the schedule and revision rounds. You can start with one package to test the fit first.

Who owns the work, and how is our data handled?

You do. All models and drawings we create for you are your property. We sign your NDA before receiving files, exchange them through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and limit access to your project team.
