Our six industries

Where margin leaks

Each Industry Loses Margin Differently

The most common leak we see in each industry, and how we close it before work reaches the field or the shop floor.

  • ConstructionClashes Found by Crews

    Where margin leaks
Trades discover conflicts during install, rework starts on site at the contractor's cost, and the programme slips week by week.
    What we fix
Every trade federated and clash-checked zone by zone before release, so conflicts are solved in the model, not on site.
  • ArchitectureDocumentation Overruns

    Where margin leaks
Construction documents take longer than the fee allows, and every extra hour of redrafting comes straight off the project profit.
    What we fix
Production capacity drawing to your standards and templates, so your team stays on design while deadlines hold.
  • EngineeringModels That Clash

    Where margin leaks
Structural and MEP models issued separately conflict on site, and the consultant absorbs the RFIs, redesign and meetings.
    What we fix
Discipline models federated and clash-checked before issue, so the design is built the way it was engineered.
  • AerospaceParts Failing Inspection

    Where margin leaks
Tolerance errors in CAD are found at first-article inspection, after the parts are already made and the tooling budget is spent.
    What we fix
Fits, tolerance stack-ups and GD&T checked in CAD before release, so parts pass first-article inspection first time.
  • AutomotiveTooling Reworked

    Where margin leaks
Parts not designed for manufacture force tooling changes, adding cost and weeks before series production can start.
    What we fix
Draft, wall thickness and tolerances checked for your process before release, so tooling is cut once and launch dates hold.
  • MarineBlocks That Do Not Fit

    Where margin leaks
Fabricated assemblies misalign at erection and need cutting and rewelding, at shipyard rates and under schedule pressure.
    What we fix
Assemblies modeled and fit-checked in 3D before plate is cut, so blocks align at erection and outfitting goes once.

How it works

From Brief to Release

One process in every industry: one accountable team, a clear schedule, a senior check before release.

  1. 01

    Share Your Program

Send drawings, models, specs and schedule. Within a day we confirm scope, standards and release dates.

  2. 02

    Set Up to Your Standards

Your templates, codes and software agreed upfront, with one accountable lead who owns delivery.

  3. 03

    Model, Detail and Check

Specialists produce every model and drawing; a senior engineer checks all of it before release.

  4. 04

    Support Through Delivery

Fast RFI answers, revisions and updates from the same team, through to as-built or production.

What clients ask first

Industries: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which industries do you work in?

Commercial, institutional and infrastructure construction; structural steel and metal fabrication; and manufacturing, including aerospace, automotive, marine and product design. The work is different in each, but the aim is the same: stop margin leaking before it reaches the field or the shop floor.

Do you have experience with programs of our size?

Yes. We support complex, multi-discipline programs for U.S. contractors, fabricators and manufacturers, including billion-dollar firms. To date that includes 1,500+ projects and more than 150,000 tons of steel detailed.

Do you work to U.S. codes and standards?

Yes. Models and drawings follow the codes each project requires, such as IBC, AISC, ACI, NFPA, SMACNA and the NEC, plus Australian Standards and the NCC on Australian projects, and your own project standards.

Which software do you use?

We work in your software and to your templates, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, SDS2, SolidWorks and Inventor.

How do we find out where our operations lose margin?

Request a Margin Assessment. It takes about two minutes, and a senior engineer replies within one business day with where your program is exposed and how we can help.
