Where margin leaks
ACP Panel Rework Costs Your Margin
Facade panels are made to order. One wrong dimension means scrapped panels and long reorder times.
Panels That Do Not Fit
- Where margin leaks
- Panels cut from unchecked dimensions arrive too large, too small or out of line on site.
- What we fix
- Panel layouts checked against structure, openings and interfaces before cutting.
Scrapped Material
- Where margin leaks
- Cutting and folding errors waste costly panel material and break finish batches.
- What we fix
- Cut sizes, folds, returns and routing detailed for every panel, so sheets are cut once.
Joint and Sealing Gaps
- Where margin leaks
- Unclear joint and fixing details lead to leaks, visible misalignment and rejected work.
- What we fix
- Joint, fixing and sub-frame details set out for installers, so facades close watertight.
Facade Schedule Delays
- Where margin leaks
- Reordered panels with long lead times hold up enclosure and every trade behind it.
- What we fix
- Panel schedules and numbering that keep fabrication and installation in sequence.

What clients ask first
ACP Panel Shop Drawings: Common Questions
Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.
What do your ACP panel shop drawings include?
Fabrication and installation drawings for aluminium composite panel facades: panel layouts, cut sizes, folds, joints, fixings and sub-frames, with cutting lists and routing files.
Which codes do you follow, and who is responsible for the design?
ASTM E84 and NFPA 285 for US projects; NCC Section C and AS 1530 for Australian projects. Design responsibility stays with your engineer of record or the system engineer, who reviews and approves the drawings. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.
How do you make sure panels fit first time?
Panel sizes are set from the facade geometry and sub-frame, with folds, joints and fixings checked against your panel system and sheet format, before an independent check and senior review.
How fast can you deliver, and how is it priced?
We quote per elevation or per package and confirm the delivery schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. Work is released elevation by elevation, so your team can start early. You can begin with one elevation and judge the quality before committing the full program.
Is our project information kept confidential?
Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce, including drawings and cutting files, belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
