Catch Every Design Error Before It Hits the Site

A missing detail, late change or unseen conflict is paid for on site. We resolve them in the model first, so you build from correct drawings and keep margin.

Where margin leaks

Design Errors Cost Your Margin

Architectural errors rarely stay small. Each one below becomes rework, delay or a change order on site.

  • Design Intent Gaps

    Where margin leaks
Details left open in design are decided on site, by whoever is there, at whatever it costs.
    What we fix
Every dimension, assembly and interface defined in the model before documents are issued.
  • Coordination Conflicts

    Where margin leaks
Architecture clashes with structure or MEP, and crews stop while RFIs travel back and forth.
    What we fix
Architecture coordinated with structure and MEP, with clashes cleared before site.
  • Late Design Changes

    Where margin leaks
A change made in one drawing is missed in another, and the error is built at your cost.
    What we fix
One model drives every plan, section and schedule, so each change updates everywhere.
  • Drawing Errors

    Where margin leaks
Inconsistent sheets lead to wrong quantities, wrong orders and rejected submittals.
    What we fix
Construction documents produced from the model and checked before release.

How it works

From Design Intent to Site

Design errors are resolved in the model, so documents are right before contractors price and build.

  1. 01

    Share Your Documents

Send drawings, models and specs. We confirm scope, deliverables and dates in writing.

  2. 02

    Model and Coordinate

Architecture modeled and checked against structure and MEP before drawings are issued.

  3. 03

    Check and Release

Senior review to IBC, ADA, the NCC and AS 1428.1, so access and egress hold up at approval.

  4. 04

    Support Through Delivery

Fast revisions and RFI support through construction, with model and sheets kept current.

What clients ask first

Architectural BIM: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
What does your architectural BIM include?

A coordinated Revit model from massing to construction-ready detail, with plans, sections, elevations and schedules generated from it, at LOD 100 to 500.

Which codes do you follow, and who is responsible for the design?

IBC and ADA for US projects; the NCC and AS 1428 for Australian projects. Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the set. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How do you make sure the model is right?

Models are coordinated with structure and MEP, checked against your drawings and standards, and senior-reviewed before release.

Can you keep pace with a large, fast-moving program?

Yes. The team is sized to your program and work is released by building, level or phase, so nothing waits for the full set. Fees are priced per model or per phase and fixed in the proposal with the schedule and revision rounds. You can start with one building or level to test the fit first.

Who owns the work, and how is our data handled?

You do. All models and drawings we create for you are your property. We sign your NDA before receiving files, exchange them through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and limit access to your project team.
