Aerospace Precision, Verified Before the Shop

In aerospace, a missed tolerance becomes a nonconformance, scrapped part or late program. We build precise models and check every fit, so parts pass.

Where margin leaks

Nonconformances Cost Aerospace Programs

Aerospace parts carry high certification costs, so every late error is expensive.

  • Parts Failing Inspection

    Where margin leaks
Tolerance errors in CAD are found at first-article inspection, after parts are already made.
    What we fix
Fits, tolerance stack-ups and GD&T checked in CAD before release, not on the shop floor.
  • Legacy Parts Without Data

    Where margin leaks
Older aircraft parts exist only on paper or as physical parts, with no native CAD to work from.
    What we fix
Reverse engineering and drawing conversion into controlled 3D models.
  • Complex Surfaces

    Where margin leaks
Aerodynamic, blended surfaces are hard to model well with the continuity tooling needs.
    What we fix
Class-A surface modeling with continuity checked to your tolerances.
  • Engineering Backlogs

    Where margin leaks
Program changes queue up behind limited CAD capacity, and delivery dates slip.
    What we fix
Dedicated modeling capacity working in your CAD system and standards.

How it works

From Brief to Release

One accountable team, a clear schedule and a senior check before anything is released.

  1. 01

    Share Your Inputs

Send models, drawings or scans. Scope, standards and dates confirmed under NDA.

  2. 02

    Model to Standard

Parts, assemblies and surfaces built in your CAD system, to your modeling standards.

  3. 03

    Verify Every Tolerance

GD&T to ASME Y14.5, fit and stack-up checks, and a senior engineer review before release.

  4. 04

    Release Controlled Data

Native files and drawings delivered under your configuration control, ready for your PLM.

What clients ask first

Aerospace: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which services do aerospace teams use most?

Mechanical 3D modeling, surface CAD modeling, reverse engineering, 2D to 3D conversion, prototype CAD and paper to CAD conversion of legacy drawings.

Can you work within our AS9100 and export control requirements?

Yes. We follow your quality and configuration management procedures, drawing standards and data-handling rules, and work only with data you are permitted to share. Your organization remains responsible for its own certifications.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
