Where margin leaks

Field Rework Erodes Contractor Margin

Most contractor margin is not lost in the bid. It is lost on site, after crews mobilize.

  • Clashes Found by Crews

    Where margin leaks
Trades discover conflicts during install, and rework starts on site at the contractor's cost.
    What we fix
Every trade federated and clash-checked zone by zone before release.
  • Late Subcontractor Drawings

    Where margin leaks
Shop drawings arrive late or wrong, and installs wait while crews stand idle on site.
    What we fix
Coordinated shop drawings produced to your sequence and checked first.
  • Openings Missed in the Pour

    Where margin leaks
Sleeves and blockouts are cored after the pour, at a premium and with structural risk.
    What we fix
Builder's work and lift drawings that locate every opening before concrete.
  • Estimates That Miss

    Where margin leaks
Quantities taken from incomplete drawings put margin at risk from bid to final account.
    What we fix
Take-offs measured from coordinated models, traceable to every item.

What clients ask first

Construction: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which services do general contractors use most?

MEP coordination and clash detection, trade shop drawings, builder's work and concrete lift drawings, structural steel detailing and model-based quantity take-off, delivered by one team.

Can you work inside our project platform and schedule?

Yes. We work in Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or your own platform, follow your submittal and RFI processes, and release drawings in the sequence your schedule needs.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
