Concept to Production Line, Without Surprises

In automotive, a late design change can stop a line or push a launch. We deliver models and prototypes checked for manufacture, so tooling is cut once.

Where margin leaks

Late Changes Cost Automotive Programs

A change found after tooling costs more than itself: it costs time on a fixed launch date.

  • Tooling Reworked

    Where margin leaks
Non-manufacturable parts force tooling changes and push back production launch.
    What we fix
Draft, walls and tolerances checked for your process, so tooling is only cut once.
  • Prototype Iterations

    Where margin leaks
Each failed prototype adds weeks to the program and cost to the development budget.
    What we fix
Fit, function and assembly checked in CAD before build, so prototypes pass first time.
  • Supplier Data Gaps

    Where margin leaks
Legacy or competitor parts have no usable CAD data to design or benchmark against.
    What we fix
Reverse engineering of legacy or competitor parts into accurate, editable models.
  • Design Capacity Limits

    Where margin leaks
Programs wait on limited design and CAD resources while launch dates stay fixed.
    What we fix
Dedicated design capacity on your standards and CAD, scaled to your program.

How it works

From Brief to Release

One accountable team, a clear schedule and a senior check before anything is released.

  1. 01

    Share Your Brief

Send concepts, data or scans. Scope, standards and dates confirmed under NDA.

  2. 02

    Design and Model

Concepts developed into parametric solids and Class-A surfaces in your CAD system.

  3. 03

    Check for Production

DFM, fit and tolerance checks, then a senior engineer review before every release.

  4. 04

    Prototype and Release

Prototype files, production drawings and renderings, delivered in native formats.

What clients ask first

Automotive: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which services do automotive teams use most?

Product design modeling, mechanical 3D modeling, Class-A surface modeling, prototype CAD, reverse engineering and product renderings.

Can you support IATF 16949 and PPAP requirements?

Yes. We work to your drawing standards and change control, apply GD&T to ASME Y14.5 or ISO GPS, and prepare the CAD data and drawings your PPAP submissions rely on. Your organization remains responsible for its own certification.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
