Where margin leaks

Documentation Gaps Cost Your Fee

Architects rarely lose margin on design. They lose it in documentation overruns, RFIs and late changes.

  • Documentation Overruns

    Where margin leaks
Construction documents take longer than the fee allows, and extra hours come off profit.
    What we fix
Production capacity drawing to your standards, so your team stays on design.
  • RFIs During Construction

    Where margin leaks
Incomplete sets trigger contractor questions and unpaid extra work during construction.
    What we fix
Coordinated, complete sets checked against the IBC, ADA and the NCC before issue.
  • Existing Conditions Unknown

    Where margin leaks
Renovations designed from old drawings meet surprises on site, and redesign eats the fee.
    What we fix
Scan to BIM models of existing buildings, checked against the point cloud.
  • Clients Who Cannot Picture It

    Where margin leaks
Owners change their minds once construction reveals the design, and revisions go unpaid.
    What we fix
Photoreal renderings that secure client decisions before documentation begins.

What clients ask first

Architecture: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which services do architects use most?

Architectural BIM, construction drawings, interior working drawings, scan to BIM, Revit family creation, and architectural, interior and aerial renderings.

Will the work match our office standards?

Yes. We work in your templates, families, details, title blocks and sheet numbering, so our sheets are indistinguishable from your own.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
