Where margin leaks

Late Decisions Cost Your Margin

When stakeholders cannot see the design, they decide late, change their minds and delay sales, and every delay costs.

  • Late Design Changes

    Where margin leaks
Owners change finishes and layouts once they see them, often after work has begun.
    What we fix
Photoreal renderings that settle finishes and layouts before build, not during it.
  • Planning Objections

    Where margin leaks
Neighbors and planners object to what they cannot picture, and approvals stall.
    What we fix
Accurate photomontages and aerials that show real impact to planners and neighbors.
  • Slow Pre-Sales

    Where margin leaks
Buyers hesitate when they cannot see the finished units, and presales slow down.
    What we fix
Interior and floor plan renderings that sell units off the plan, before construction starts.
  • Renderings That Mislead

    Where margin leaks
Images that do not match the design cause disputes later, at handover or in sales.
    What we fix
Renderings from your drawings, checked for accuracy against the current design.

What clients ask first

Design Visualization: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which renderings do you produce?

Exterior architectural renderings, aerial renderings, photomontages, interior renderings, 3D floor plan renderings, conceptual renderings and product renderings.

How many revision rounds are included?

Drafts are shared for comment before finals, and two rounds of revisions are included as standard, so the final images match what you need.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
