Custom Metalwork That Fits and Impresses

Architectural metalwork is judged on finish, and one misfit shows. Our shop drawings and laser files are checked against site dimensions, so every piece fits.

Where margin leaks

Custom Metal Rework Costs Your Margin

Custom metalwork has thin margins. One remake or misfit on site can wipe out a job’s profit.

  • Pieces That Do Not Fit

    Where margin leaks
Site dimensions differ from the drawings, and pieces are remade at your own cost.
    What we fix
Drawn from site measurements, with every dimension checked before any cutting.
  • Slow Client Approvals

    Where margin leaks
Clients cannot picture the result, and approvals drag on through rounds of changes.
    What we fix
Clear approval drawings and 3D views clients sign off fast, without second-guessing.
  • Cutting Files Take Too Long

    Where margin leaks
Your team spends hours preparing laser and CNC files instead of cutting metal.
    What we fix
Laser-ready DXF files and cut lists with every drawing set, ready for your nesting software.
  • Code Failures

    Where margin leaks
Stairs and railings that fail inspection are rebuilt, delaying handover and final payment.
    What we fix
Stairs and guards checked to IBC, IRC and AS 1657 / NCC before any drawing is released.

What clients ask first

Custom Metal Fabrication: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which custom metalwork do you detail?

Metal staircases, railings and handrails, gates and fences, pergolas, laser-cut screens and patterns, landscape metal edging and metal planters, with shop drawings and cutting files.

Do you provide laser and CNC files?

Yes. We deliver DXF files, nested cut lists and flat patterns ready for your laser, plasma or CNC machines, alongside the shop drawings.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
