Industrial Steel That Installs on Schedule

In a shutdown window, a misfit platform or nozzle costs far more than the steel. We detail to the existing plant, so crews install once and it restarts on time.

Where margin leaks

Fabrication Errors Cost Your Margin

In industrial fabrication, one misfit can stretch a shutdown, and every extra day is remembered.

  • Misfits in Existing Plants

    Where margin leaks
New steel designed to old drawings does not match the site, and fit-up fails in the field.
    What we fix
Detailed from site surveys and scans, checked against existing conditions on site.
  • Shutdown Windows Missed

    Where margin leaks
Field rework stretches tightly planned shutdowns and keeps production offline longer.
    What we fix
Fabrication and erection drawings set to your shutdown window, sequenced by area.
  • Code and Safety Gaps

    Where margin leaks
Platforms, stairs and railings that fail inspection are rebuilt, at your cost and on your time.
    What we fix
Access steel checked to OSHA 1910, IBC and AS 1657 so it passes inspection first time.
  • Material Overruns

    Where margin leaks
Inaccurate estimates erode margin before work starts, long before any steel is cut.
    What we fix
Material take-offs from the model, traceable to every piece for tighter estimates.

How it works

From Brief to Release

One accountable team, a clear schedule and a senior check before anything is released.

  1. 01

    Share Your Scope

Send drawings, scans and specs. We confirm scope, your shutdown window and dates.

  2. 02

    Model and Detail

Platforms, tanks and access steel modeled to fit the site, tied to scanned conditions.

  3. 03

    Check to Code

Checked to OSHA, IBC, API 650, AS 1657 and AS 1692, then reviewed by a senior engineer.

  4. 04

    Fabricate and Install

Shop, cut list and erection drawings released by sequence, matched to your shutdown.

What clients ask first

Industrial Fabrication: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which industrial fabrication drawings do you produce?

Mezzanine platforms, industrial tanks, miscellaneous steel, metal staircases, railings and handrails, with shop drawings, erection drawings, cut lists and material take-offs.

Which codes do you check against?

OSHA 1910, the IBC, AISC and API 650 in the US, and AS 1657, AS 4100 and AS 1692 in Australia, with design responsibility remaining with your engineer of record.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
