Production-Ready Models From the First Run

A tolerance missed in CAD becomes scrap, rework or a late engineering change. We build precise models and check every fit, so your first run is the right run.

Where margin leaks

CAD Errors Cost Your Margin

In manufacturing, CAD errors surface late: on the shop floor, at assembly or in the field, where they cost the most.

  • Scrap on the First Run

    Where margin leaks
Parts that do not fit are scrapped and tooling is reworked, eating time and material.
    What we fix
Assemblies checked for fit, interference and tolerances before any part is made.
  • Legacy Drawings Only

    Where margin leaks
Critical parts exist only on paper or in 2D, slowing every change and every new quote.
    What we fix
2D drawings and parts turned into parametric 3D models that are quick to change.
  • Engineering Changes Late

    Where margin leaks
Changes found during production stop the line and push back every delivery date.
    What we fix
Design reviews and DFM checks before the shop floor, so parts can actually be made.
  • Engineering Capacity Stretched

    Where margin leaks
Your engineers spend time drafting instead of designing, and new products reach market later.
    What we fix
Dedicated modeling capacity in your CAD system and standards, scaled to your workload.

How it works

From Brief to Release

One accountable team, a clear schedule and a senior check before anything is released.

  1. 01

    Share Your Inputs

Send sketches, scans or parts. We confirm scope, CAD system, file formats and dates.

  2. 02

    Model and Assemble

Parametric parts and assemblies built in your CAD system, to your naming standards.

  3. 03

    Check Every Fit

Interference, tolerance and DFM checks before release, then senior engineer review.

  4. 04

    Release for Production

GD&T drawings, BOMs and native files, ready for production and your PDM system.

What clients ask first

CAD Engineering: Common Questions

Straight answers from our engineering team. If your question isn’t here, ask us directly.

Ask a senior engineer An engineer replies within one business day.
Which CAD engineering services do you provide?

Mechanical 3D modeling, surface CAD modeling, reverse engineering, 2D to 3D CAD conversion and prototype CAD modeling, with manufacturing drawings, BOMs and native files.

Which standards do you follow?

ASME Y14.5 for GD&T and ASME Y14 drawing standards in the US, and AS 1100 and ISO standards in Australia, or your own company standards.

Who is responsible for the design?

Design responsibility stays with your architect or engineer of record, who reviews and seals the work. Bimgraphix does not stamp drawings; we answer for every sheet matching your design inputs, and any gap is raised as an RFI, never guessed.

How fast can you start, and how is it priced?

Most programs start within a week. We quote per sheet, per model, per floor or per package and confirm the schedule in writing before work begins, so dates and costs are known on day one. You can start with one package and judge the quality before committing the full program.

Is our project information kept confidential?

Yes. We work under your NDA from the first file. Everything we produce belongs to you, is shared only through Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore or a secure link, and is seen only by the team assigned to your project.
